Awesome!!! That is how every doctor's visit should be. The doctor was on time. He took the time to answer all my questions. And the glasses, what a selection. I had 2 ladies help me with my glasses. My friends love my new glasses. Everyone was awesome. You have got to see it for yourself.
Do not go here. Doctor is all about cash. They try and shove glasses and contacts down your throat, making it seem like you HAVE to buy them there, when you buy a BJs membership down the road and still get glasses and contacts there for at least $300 less. All that, AND he misdiagnosed me. Wasn't even close to the correct prescription. (This is the only time I have sought out writing a review on the Web, because it was so bad.)
DO NOT GO Only interested in selling you designer frames and sunglasses.
Superb customer service and eyeglass selection I recently had my eyes examined at this lovely office and left smiling and very satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of my experience was that I didn't have to have my eyes dilated because of that Optomap machine they have. Overall the experience was good and I was happy with my new glasses.
Poor Service I went to this doctor on several occasions for an eye exam for contacts and for a special situation. I am disatisfied with my exams and was misdiagnosed. Bayhill "doc" said I had a wart on my eye lid. I asked if it was just a swollen meibomian gland, he said he was sure it was a wart. I went to get 2-2nd opinions. Both 2nd opinions were acutal MD's and agreeded it was a blocked gland and would resolve on it's own. Bayhill "doc" wanted me to see his specialist to have eyelid surgery. Money hungry and incompetant The clean office and smiling staff can be deceiving at this place. Several of us from my office went there in the last few months because it was covered by insurance, or so we thought. They use the bait and switch approach -- They tell you everything is covered by insurance but then once you are done, they give you all these additional charges that you have to pay. Dr. Coughlin is an excellent optometrist! I have been seeing him for many years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have a very complex prescription and he is able to prescribe contact lenses and glasses that allow me high acuity vision. Many of the office staff know you by name and have been there for years. That's a rarity for most physician's practices. .

Great Dr and amazing selection – I have been a patient for almost 10 years. They are the BEST. No matter what type of glasses you want, they have them. You can always count on something different. The Dr is great too. He is on time, friendly and patient. I can't say enough about how much I like this place!
