Well , the service was awesome and the people were great. The only down fall was the reminder of your appointment . The last time I've been there was Six months ago and when my appointment was coming up I wasn't informed ahead of time . When the receptionist called the day before I was a bit caught off guard . She said that I should've had a text message days before which I didn't receive. It would've been perfect for the reminder in days advanced but luckily I didn't have any engagements to attend . I tell all of my friends and, actually anyone who asks, that I have the greatest dentist in the world and it's true. Dr. Pandya is the best. I was so embarrassed of my teeth for so long and so scared by other dentists to fix it. He was compassionate and understanding of what I felt. He did such an amazing job that people comment on how beautiful my smile is all of the time.

I went in for a broken tooth. They girls in the office , very nice professionals.the Dr.explains everything to you. My expierence was pleasant .I would tell anyone go to Bay Dental..they go the extra mile
Cindy rocks! She's personable, informative, gentle and supportive. She provides amazing customer/patient service in a role that typically doesn't even require it. Everyone else in the office is genuinely friendly and helpful also, from Martha to Dr Pandya. Thanks guys for giving me my smile back and teaching me that the dentist can be a fun place to visit :)
