Excellent care from staff and Dentist. Everyone is nice and good about explaining dental work needed and after care.
This dental office is a UP-SELLUNG SCAM OFFICE. They advertised $29.99 for dental exam and exrays. After I paid, they tried to UP SELL ME to pay $400 for a cleaning. I said no thank you I just want the $29.99 cleaning you posted the old Russian sales lady said, no! That's only for polish not cleaning.....cleaning is $400! Scam artist!
Bad customer service, Went there 3 times and everytime i went they could never find my Insurance info ,they also denied Managers name after i asked to speak to her, I had to go to the extent of researching their Corporate to talk to district Manager which after speaking with her never got a return call. Its like they don't care ,dropped them and moved to a more customer service friendly and professional place.
Mable was great very gentle and comforting. Made me comfortable. She did a great job .
I went back to have my top left side of my mouth deep clean hey really make me feel comfortable before they start working in my mouth I appreciate all of there help thank you south bay...
I was there on Monday for a deep clean on my teeth everyone there is always so polite I really enjoy everyone there they always a week to care about you I really appreciate the love they show me every time I'm there Thanks guys ..ð
Professional, and clean facility. The Doctor made me feel very comfortable, answer all my questions and explain the procedure from beginning to end.
Excellent my hygienist Evie was great, kept me informed gentle and cared how i was doing kept comfortable, no pain allayed my amxiety about anesthesia. .
