The staff was very nice as soon as I came in they called me for my appointment the dentist checked on me made sure everything was going well they also followed up with a next-day phone call it was a very good experience
I get the shakes, but they covered me with a blanket, explained what he was doing and. Made me stay until I calmed down. It also was painless
I really dislike going to the Dentist but they made my experience great. The number one thing I like about this place is the office it's very clean and welcoming . The employees are friendly and ready to help you every step of the way. The dentist is definitely a phobia of mine and there is no pressure there nor they will they make you feel weird for being scared and nervous. They are very understanding. I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years due to a bad experience. The care I received at Bay Dental completely changed my perception of dental visits. I just had two porcelin crowns created and applied to my upper jaw. In 2 mos i hope to have my implant put in, in between these 2 root canals! My experience was really great The Dentist is very particular and attentive while working. The staff was gentle, even offering me a pillow for comfort! I highly recommend this Dentis and office. Went in for an extraction. The Dr was great as always. There was no pain, it was a quick procedure and the staff was wonderful. I've been going in since I was a kid and this place is definitely my favorite. Thank you for the great work.
