Staff is great, we had a mix up at another hotel and the Bay Club really helped us out. The rooms are great, we ended up with a suite with a balcony overlooking the water. So peaceful and beautiful.
400 dollars after Tax for each night. I thought it was a good hotel before I went. Very disappointed. No water. No breakfast. Several days after I checked out, they charged me additiional 170 dollars. I called. they apologized but their management team is not available today. If you have any question, the person in Charge seems always not available. Bad experience.
My friend and I stayed at the Bay Club Hotel during the renovations last May. After very long flights from the eastern US and Canada, we finally checked into our room after midnight. The staff was more than accommodating to any of our needs, whether it a room change, driving directions, or a suggestion for dinner. We both look forward to returning to Bay Club Hotel and Marina to be able to enjoy the fresh, new renovations
Great hotel and marina!
Quiet hotel on Shelter Island, across the bay from downtown San Diego. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of offerings, including hot and cold items. Would definitely stay here again.
