You're closing Bay Club Santana Row on 1/31/2017. I've been working out there since 2012, before you acquired it in 2016. Prior to your purchase, the demographics was 12 years younger. Everyone on the treadmills were Running, not walking like at Courtside. The synergy was Alive, prior to Bay Club acquiring the Santana Row location. Yesterday I emailed Bay Club management 5 pictures - a shower area full of mold and a hair dryer with a label "Heat control is not functioning". Today, I was surprised that the shower area remains full of mold after 24 hours notice. It is a good club but shower area with mold is far far below the average sanitary standard. I hope I am able to post some pictures next time.
