I called a few companies in the area and Bay City Windows as the nicest over the phone so I decided to start with them. I had a rep come to my home and measure some window spots. From there it was off to their showroom. They had a lot of different windows but I was after something that insulated my home so it was an easy choice for me. Cathy was very curtious and helpful. Every thing went smooth and I was very pleased with the experience that the entire staff had. Rob was very friendly with us. Overall, quick service and definitely worth the money! I would strongly recommend this to any one who asked. My windows are lovely and my house finally stays warm! lol
