I originally was going to another place for a simple first tattoo, but was horribly overcharged on my idea. I called Bay City and received a much more reasonable quote, and got it done that day. Eli did a phenomenal job and was exceptionally professional. His wife wad very active in the waiting room talking to other people and giving them information as well. All around amazing experience, and will recommend Eli to anyone and everyone.
