Absolutely Great Experience! I called Butch Bucellatto last Friday to ask him to be on the look out for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for me. He immediately said he had just what I was looking for. I went down to see the vehicle and couldn’t believe it was exactly what I asked for...even the right color!!! He allowed me to drive it and keep it for awhile and I fell in love! Arrogant/ignorant service writers, mechanics that can't fix problems. The only thing this place is good for is taking your money and not providing services.
I was back at the used car lot one evening looking for a vehicle for my family. The salesman Naseer Sindhu shook my hand on a final purchase price and my wife was very excited about the vehicle. When I returned after a hard day's work the following evening I was told the offer had been retracted. I believe in honor in business, and accountability. I recently took my car in for an oil change, and was very pleased with the experience. I had an appointment, they took it in promptly, and it was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Melissa, the service writer, was professional and very nice!
Awesome Experience🏼💯🏼💯 I had 3 recalls on my car and had to come from Alabama. They had a courtesy shuttle that took me to the mall while my car was being fixed!!
