I will never take another vehicle of mine to Bay Lincoln Body Shop Department to be fixed again after a wreck. They received my car 5/30 and to fix a passenger front fender from where we were hit. Was suppose to pick it up today 6/26 and went to get it and there was a deep scratch all the way down the driver side that was not there when the car was wrecked. The guy was a complete dick head and told us we walked out there and did it ourselves and told me he was not fixing it. Called our adjuster and we left the car to be fixe... read more
One car or no one will speak to you again. I have called back, waited on call back - I was given one price on one car, I was surprised they already took it that far on one car. I asked to speak with the Finance Manager w/1 of the salesman called me back. I never have. Salesman called my ex -husband (who mow wants to know WHY i haven’t bought a car yet) instead of me.
