It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was relaxed and friendly. Certainly helped to reduce my dental visit stress.
Overall it was a great experience, Dr Santana was very throrough explaing my dental situation, and about what needed to be done. She was also nice and made me feel comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience as a new patient with Dr. Santana's practice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the practice uses the latest technology to support your care.
The hygenist was professional and very personable. Loved the technique used to clean my teeth. That was new to me. The dentist and xray tech were both very nice and spent a lot of quality time explaining my dental issues etc. The receptionist did make another follow on appointment for next cleaning, however, did not write the date down on my card. Just wrote the time. If you can advise what the date is for my next cleaning it would be appreciated. Thanks, Sharon
Well I must say I have never felt so at ease in a dentist office. The staff is so eager to help. They even made my ortho appt. for me. I will highly recommend this practice! Every step was explained in detail . I always say a business is only as good as its staff and this practice is 5*******
