Professional staff, latest technology and convenient location.
Everyone in the office is always very pleasant, making the dentist visit one that I don't dread :-)

As always, the staff is very friendly, and I feel like I get great service.
Overall, the experience was great. I always look forward to visiting and being greeted with a warm welcome. However, this time was different than the past. I had a different Hygenist than the one who has been there for a long time who usually cleans my teeth. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she was there as a fill in I believe. If it helps, my appointment was on a recent Monday. I am very impressed with this office. I feel like I am explained what is going on with my teeth and gums. Everyone is extreamly friendly. The office is very clean and bright. The only thing I wish is that Bay Breese whould take state dental insurance as my mother is in need of a good dental office.
Actually i waited 10 minutes past my appointment time
Overall a very good first visit. Compared to previous dental cleanings I felt that I came away with a better understanding of my issues/needs. Liked the way the ultrasonic pick and 'air polisher' cleaned my teeth, but both sprayed a lot of water on my face. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about that, but that was a little unpleasant. Also, having water available to rinse during cleaning would be great.
