Left a bad film on my entire car. Management wouldn’t even let me run the car thru again. Told me he doesn’t know the condition of my car prior to going in. I have a brand new 2018 Toyota!! Garage kept!!
I go to this place all the time. I've noticed that their employees are not very nice to their customers and price is high. But what happened today was the worst! I went for a wash and I asked the guy running the car was to close my mirrors because is too wide. He said no I can't do it. Then I said ok I will do it myself and he said no and would not stop the machine for me to do it. Even worst he got aggressive and ran into me like he wanted to fight. RecommendedI stopped by on a Thursday after work. No lines, no waiting. I was in and out in no time and the truck looks great. Also, they did not charge more for an oversized vehicle.
I just paid $50 for a BASIC oil change due to them recently raising their prices. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.
Decline in service and customer service over the years we have used them. Won't be coming again after today. Paid 100 dollars for wash and pil change. Guy spent 5 minutes on interior when it hit the bay. I asked him about wiping down seats and he said that wasn't included. I pointed out I had a platinum wash with oil change. He said yeah you paid for the oil change. Manager came and I pointed out I could get the oil change done cheaper elsewhere and he told me to not compare them to elsewhere.
