Bay Breeze used to be great before they upgraded the car wash. You pay extra for tire shine, as you always have in the past, but now instead of the guys doing it by hand, the car wash applies the tire shine. There was nothing clean or shiny about my tires. I will have to redo them myself. This seriously is the last time I pay extra for tire shine. You guys need to go back to the way you used to do it and have the guys do it by hand. That was totally worth the extra money.

I just left this place and paid $36 and they have the nerves to tell me that these spots are no included in the prices. I will never go back
DO NOT USE BAY BREEZE WESLEY CHAPEL!!!! You would be better off to drive through a sprinkler than waste your money at Bay Breeze Wesley Chapel. Complete JOKE! It gets better...after drawing their attention to the awful job their car wash did and the fact that there was still dirt all over my car and soap on side mirrors and down sides of car they told me they don’t have anything that rinses the sides of the vehicle. They literally told me “sorry you feel this way, have a nice day, goodbye!” WOW!!
Paid 18 bucks for car wash. Brushes didn’t work. And all I got was lil soap and water sprayed on car. Told staff they said go to web and log complaint. Wow what a rip off Lakeland at s flordia ave

I had an oil change done at Bay Breeze unfortunately something happened but Moses Pomales at Bay Breeze took care of the problem with my car. I am now a lifelong member of Bay Breeze.
