We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. A special thank you to Alison, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even came across specifically to open up for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something you rarely experience these days. Alison’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. An absolute gem in the heart of the Bay. Was pleasantly surprised with the little details and thought put into the room we stayed in. We stayed in the king suite, room 1. I highly recommend anyone coming for a relaxed weekend to choose this suite. Alison the Hotel Manager/owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She had great in sight into tourism and hospitality in the local region, and was truly lovely to deal with. Thankyou for our stay D
