On the 26th Feb 24 our Prado had an alternator failure coming into Batemans Bay from Braidwood NSW. We immediately contacted Bay Auto, who obligingly offered to assess our vehicle the following morning. Adam was quiet, no fuss and very pleasant to deal with. A man who was true to his word, knows his stuff and had us back on the road three days later. The charge for service was very fair indeed.
