Unprofessional and unreliable. Very small business unfriendly. They are rude and dismissive. REGULARLY don't return calls and emails and get snide and combative when it's brought to their attention. They were supposed to backup our Quickbooks and more than once we found that they hadnt been backing it up for days if not weeks. They always blamed us for any issues we ran into.
