I took my kids to the Saratoga location as they were in network and every time we went, the staff said we only have to pay the copay. Then this May I started receiving a bill online. The "bill" never provided an explanation as to what exactly they were for. I asked for an itemized bill, in which they could not produce for months. We had a wonderful experience with Bay area kids dentistry. Dr Phen and Brittany were so kind and helpful with my son’s procedure. Edit : We had back to back appointments for our kids. During the visit for our second child, once again we had a pleasant experience. Especially Maria was so patient with our kid. Though it was his first dental visit ever, she comforted him and made it a fun visit. Also took time to listen and answer all our questions. Dr. Phen extracted four teeth from my two-year-old son, who had severe cavities. She didn't use anesthesia and performed the procedure very well.
