I really feel hurt by the way the office personnel treated me; she was extremely impolite, rude and made me feel completely disrespected and frustrated. Hope other people who are suffering won’t go through this.

The administrative staff has a poor attitude. While my interactions with other medical facilities are usually pleasant, my experience with this clinic—specifically with a staff member whose name starts with M—has left me feeling extremely disrespected on multiple occasions. On top of that, their efficiency is very low.

My wife experienced sudden hearing loss, and we quickly began searching for effective treatment options. This is the miracle place, everyone that is here is more family than employees and they all get along well with each other. And it makes us the patients and patients family feel safe and comfortable and they answer our questions as well. My husband came in to heal his wound prior to this treatment he had a stroke in 2022 his speech was bad and now I see positive progress with his speech and I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart .
