I had the worst experience with a doctor. The phone calls are answered by someone outside of the U.S., and they are not responsible for the patients at all. I tried to schedule an urgent cardiologist appointment for my mom, but his secretary has been playing us around for three months, and there’s still no result. I don’t understand why nobody takes action against these irresponsible doctors who play with patients' lives and still get paid. If there were a rating under 1 star, I would give it to him.
