I was currently wearing a hearing aid and went to Bay Area Audiology for a free consultation because the hearing aid was not helping me. I thought maybe I needed a different kind or newer one. When I saw Dr. Muth she immediately told me that maybe a hearing aid wasn’t what I needed and that a surgical procedure might be best for my type of hearing loss. I’ve been going to BAA for several years. Dr. Muth is the best. She fit me with my first set of hearing aids and we are now upgrading to the latest hi-tech Bluetooth model. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and service provided by Dr. Muth and her team.
They know they stuff about hearing aids. Very nice people

Dr. McDermott worked patiently and compassionately with my 93-year old mother to obtain hearing aids. The entire staff of Bay Area are awesome. I recommend the practice highly because they're not only skilled professionals - they're really good people.
