I was extremely impressed and pleased by all aspects of my first visit. The office staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Trisha Muth was the consummate professional. She took the time to explain the purpose of the various assessments administered and provided thorough information about the interpretation of the results. I have been a member of Bay Area Audiology for almost a year. My experience has been exceptional! The office staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my time schedule. The Audologist was professional and extremely knowledgeable. My hearing aids have performed just as I expected with no problems. My friend has recently become a member of Bay Area Audiology based on my great experience!
Bay Area Audiology was a professional pleasant experience. I was checked in and in the exam chair within a few minutes of the time I arrived. The doctor was thorough, efficient, and personable. I recommend them to anyone needing a hearing check. They also did my wife's hearing aids and my wife is very comfortable with them. As would be said in days of old... hear, hear.
We had an appointment this morning that we had been waiting several months for. We both took hours off work for this visit, but we were unable to see the doctor because we were told she had her own medical appointment and needed to reschedule patients. I understand emergencies and scheduling issues can happen, and that is okay. However, the office stated they had called and emailed us about the cancellation, but we never received any notification. Such a wonderful experience. I was very nervous to have my ears checked and earwax removed. The Dr and the receptionist both were so sweet and it helped me to relax a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bay Area Audiology!
