I'm disgusted with this practice. Very poor communication and coordination of services. My son's dentist wanted to use this practice for dental sedation. Bay Anesthesia Group made sure to send the bill which I paid on time. They sent all the forms, which I filled out on time. However, two days before his dental appointment, I got a refund with no note and no explanation. I've left two messages and no one is picking up or calling me back.
