Great experience, Melody was kind and professional and made me feel at ease
The dentist was very kind and patient as well as the kids working at reception who quickly found my appointments and overall was a very pleasent experience will recommend.
We recently moved to Newcastle, so happy to find Dr. Melody. My son is very nervous with all things related to needle, dentists…Dr.Melody is so gentle and friendly. Now my son is not scared to visit dentist anymore!
I’m very pleased to have found Mel and her Team at Bay Arcade Dental. Everyone has been helpful, friendly and so easy to communicate with. I needed urgent help and Mel was able to see me quickly and repair my tooth beautifully. Mel is very reassuring and gentle, explains everything clearly and she really cares about my wellbeing.
