We’ve been customers of Bay Alarm for several years and have been very happy with their service. Recently, we ran into an issue while adding to our security system, due to a disconnect between the sales and service teams. However, Neal K. (Branch Manager) and Dameian W. (Install Manager) went above and beyond to resolve it. The way they handled the situation truly reflected the professionalism and commitment of the company.
I cannot say enough good things about Colleen, Gio, and Gio's team (Arturo and Juan) over at Bay Alarm. From day one, they have gonna above and beyond to support myself and my organization in any of our needs; be it from simple inquires to needing techs onsite for time sensitive request.
