We’ve been customers of Bay Alarm for several years and have been very happy with their service. Recently, we ran into an issue while adding to our security system, due to a disconnect between the sales and service teams. However, Neal K. (Branch Manager) and Dameian W. (Install Manager) went above and beyond to resolve it. The way they handled the situation truly reflected the professionalism and commitment of the company.
