Bay Alarm has been very good to work with. Extremely responsive and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!
The customer service department for maintaining the panel when it acts up is horrible. They act like I am either making the panel "trouble" alarm up or I am just totally bothering them by calling them. I manage an apartment complex and cannot have the panel buzzing for several days but they don't seem to understand this.
