The gentleman that sold me a car referred to himself at “tall Jim” and was helpful in finding me a car and it is still running strong. However, when I bought the car he promised me to fill up the gas tank but when I drove off the lot it had 35 miles left in the fuel tank so I had to fuel it myself not even 5 minutes after the purchase. He also told me there was three spare keys for the car at another store and it took me over 2 weeks to finally get the keys I was promised 2 business days after the purchase. Took my car in for a very loud rumbling noise that was occurring after recent standard maintenance at this store 4 weeks ago. Took quite a while to get an update and was told there was no noise. The noise was actively occurring as I was leaving and I was told to bring it back later for another check. Minimal urgency to fix the problem and was told it was not happening after weeks of experiencing it.
Speaking with the tech and weighing options for resolution and timing was extremely helpful!
