Josh L. is a young fool I've been doing buiness with Highland East for over 20 years. I have never had to repeat a repair because of a parts failure, or bad advice from the staff. Byron (the owner) goes beyond the call in providing service, Jim, his manager, is a skilled professional, Phil the machinist is very competent and detail oriented. Highland East Auto Parts a big rip off Highland East auto parts is not worth it. Their prices are a lot higher than other auto parts store. They aren't very friendly either. They are a small buisiness trying to become a bigger buisiness by charging way to much.
