They helped us out..and now it is our go-to auto parts store. It was exciting to find this place..whether we just need new windshield wiper blades or advice on something more complicated they are really excellent at listening to your concerns and helping you find the right solution. We need help and really love that! we don't even bother going anywhere else. It's so nice to have a place you can trust to steer you right <haha pun intended!> they have a machine shop right there, downstairs too, how cool is that?
Best around I have myself been going here since i was 16yrs old, and before that i came in with my dad, This auto part store in my mind is top notch they know their stuff and are easy to figure stuff out with, i dont go any where else unless im out of town and need to, i recomend them to anyone
Highlands East V Chain Stores... H.E .Hands down! I can't imagine why Auto Part stores "chain" are poppig up all over Renton because Im sure everyone knows that when you need ANYTHING for your car or truck,,, Highlands East Auto Parts is the go to place!! Im a life long resident and unlike the 2 other Chain stores 2 blocks over, Highland East has professionals that know how to help- and if they cant, the'll help you figure it out. I go to H/E for everything from A-Z and usually get good friendly service every time!
Extremely Helpful My little 2001 Civic has finally reached 90K and it was time to do some major repair work. For the first time I thought to try a new place close to home, so I took my car to Auto Pro in Renton for the 30/60/90K routine work. I don't recommend anyone visit that shop because my car came out driving worse than when I brought it in. Outstanding Service I have spent the last several weekends and many a week night in my garage, trying to save the substantial part of the $1300 estimate to repair my blown head gaskets on my pickup. I was in Highlands East Auto Parts just recently in search of what I thought were obscure parts and items necessary to complete the repairs. Best Auto Parts Supply Highlands East Auto Parts has some of the lowest prices for parts and are quality auto parts. I have called, Napa, B&B Auto Parts and Schucks and none of them beat the prices and they are very helpful and friendly professionals to deal with. Give them a call if you want quality and lower prices and they get your parts to you as fast as possible when they are not in stock on their shelves.

Byron, and his staff have taken care of all the problems that I have ran into with trucks, and cars that belong to me, or my family. There advice has been excellent, and professional every time.
