I love Bavaro Hair after getting my first haircut there today. They are supporting a fantastic organization, St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital. As a three time cancer survivor who was treated at St. Jude, it was amazing to know that such a fine establishment is donating 100% of their profits to St. Jude in the month of September. After a long time without cutting my hair I had Gino himself at Bavaro Hair Spa give me the works, a big change with a lot of hair taken off. He was so warm, kind and reassuring and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how to style it. Even though I have never had my hair so short and was quite nervous prior to the appointment, I loved the end result so much I ended up recommending him and his salon to all my friends and family. Bavaro is by far the best place I have ever been to. They are very knowledgeable as well as skillful! I have difficult curly hair and before coming here I never enjoyed having my hair styled naturally, which is what I do now most of the time. I also love that when they color your hair you get such a natural result! Thank you so much!!
Before Bavaro, I never enjoyed stepping foot into a hair salon because I never felt comfortable with others cutting and styling my hair. Gino is without a doubt the only hair artist I would ever trust with my hair. He understands how hair works and will never leave you unsatisfied. The entire Bavaro staff is magnificent, kind, and helpful. Whenever I am in the salon, I am treated with the utmost respect and generosity. I will never let anyone touch my hair besides Bavaro Hair Spa! I absolutely would recommend Gino to all!
Loved my last experience but total opp reaction this time. Trusted him so told him to do what he thought best, but he still had me pick looks from magazines. But throughout process, he added on services w/o telling me cost (even when I asked directly! He said he'd "take care of me"...& boy did he!) & final tab came out to $415...& this was w/ a supposed discount! So beware ppl...always ask 4 every detail upfront & don't trust anyone when they say they'll take care of u...u won't get cared 4, u'll get tkn 4 a ride!!
