I frequent this establishment a lot. Tonight I went in and sat down at the bar. I was completely ignored by the bartender. At first I assumed he was really busy but it turned out he was whining about not being in control of the liquor. He asked the gentlemen beside me how things were. At this point the gentlemen looked at me and shrugged. He asked if I was there to be served. I said I didn't realize I had to ask to be served when the bartender was doing nothing. He agreed. I left. Let me start by saying I have never written a bad review for any restaurant. My husband and I were very disappointed with our service tonight. It took forever to get our food. When it did come, my husbands order was wrong. The server took it back, blaming the kitchen..and it took another 36 minutes to get the order. It still wasn’t right the second time. We had to get our own silverware, waited over 30 minutes to get a second drink. We basically sat unattended with no service as we waited for the order to be fixed. The food ... read more
