Where do I even begin... Let’s start with the new location/floor plan is not fitting for the amount of customers this place receives. The amount of wait time for food is ridiculous, and to be served cold food (fries with cheese that is not even melted) is just ridiculous! Basically since they have moved from their old location off Airport Road, Baumhowers reputation has gone down, from me to the many people I know who have experienced the service in the past couple months! Food was Ice cold when it arrived. This is the 3rd time I've experienced an issue. SERVICE needs to be improved. It is not worth the 35min wait. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
