This place is the least communicative business ever- completely unprofessional. We purchased a home that they installed HVAC in recently. We turned the AC on for our first summer season and it doesn't work. We have called over 8 times to schedule a time for them to come out and they have either told us they are too busy to service us or not returned our voicemails. We recently moved into a home in Detroit that had a furnace and AC installed by these guys. The previous home owners spoke highly of them. In June, we turned the AC on and noticed it wasn’t blowing hard out of most vents so we called. We were initially told they’d be out in on a Monday to look at it. No call, no show. Called them back and was told they were too busy and since it was blowing cold air, they were prioritizing others without AC. They’d call back with an appt. Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thankfully, they were able to fit us in on a very cold morning when our furnace went out. Luckily, it was a quick fix. When we replace the furnace we will definitely be calling them. Highly recommend.
Arrived on time and provided me with several options. Decided to go with a new furnace and they were able to bet the competition by over $1000. Install area was left cleaner than when they started. Appreciate the attention detail and communication.
