I went to Baum Chiropractic and saw Dr. Baum and the other 2 chiropractor Dr, Cindy and Dr Jennifer. They examined me thoroughly and took x-rays. They explained chiropractic care to me and went over my x-rays. I was given a care plan which included chiropractic adjustments, massage and exercise therapy. I have been going for the past few weeks and I feel so much better. I am able to move my neck and lower back easier and with a lot less discomfort. I actually enjoy goin...
I’ve been seen Dr Cindy for a while and is been so helpful with migraine. I now take less pain pills and have so much less migraines. Which a another doctors just prescribe pills and nothing changes. Vanessa front desk is amazingly helpful. My whole family goes there and we are happy with the results.
I went to the clinic for a sprained knee and Dr. Baum was an excellent doctor. I improved significantly. However, the front desk staff is very rude. In particular, Vanessa is very unprofessional and at times, even yells at patients and treats them like children. She single handily ruins what would be an excellent patient experience. I would give Dr. Baum 5 stars if it was not for his front desk staff
