The chrome was scratched,so he ordered a new chrome piece and got scheduled in a timely matter to replace the mirror on my truck. 5 Star : My Experience The estimate with Chuck went smoothly and he was very thorough. Another man / worker at Baum’s was very willing to answer questions. Everyone all personnel were extremely friendly and smiled and very helpful. When I picked up my truck tonight it was ready and I signed my forms received copy of repair forms and paid my deductible.
