Always fair, courteous, and honest Every time I have come in they have been so kind and fully explained everything going on with my car to me. They call and asked me about anything extra they wanted/needed to do and never were false about pricing or services. Always fair and courteous. I have continuously brought my car back to them and will as long as I am in Pittsburgh.
Good service I've gone here for car service for the better part of a decade. The owner is a very good man and I've never felt that I have gotten a bad deal from him. In short, good, honest mechanics with a convienent location on the 54c bus line
Took care of my BMWs These guys serviced my cars when I lived in Pittsburgh from 2004-2007. My cars included two BMWs and a Jeep Cherokee. These guys are professional, courteous and responsible for the work they do. I particularly enjoyed the work they did on my BMWs. Since the BMW shop is just down the street from them, the guys at Baum were always able to get me serviced by the next day as compared to the BMW people, which usually required a week. Their work is excellent. I will miss them.
