If you can't get ahold of bauer's.. please call me at 574-327-8939 I have parts for his units. i have been working on these units for 25 years I know everything about them.

Return the phone calls!! No response after two weeks of attempts to get a service call.

Awful. Unit didn't last 3 years and when i had the unit replaced i found out Bauer installed their own softener BACKWARDS.
