Don t use these guys. Quoted my grandmother \$1500 for a new well pump. Then told her the tank was bad which was only two years old and worked perfect before the well pump went bad. So \$2500 later she had water. She said she felt uncomfortable the minute she met him but needed water.

Responsive and Professional – They came out promptly and did a great job. There price was very reasonable. I will use them again.
Unwilling to fix problem – At the end of May 2011, I called Bauer to repair a loud noise coming from the water pump under my home. To my surprise, Greg came out the same day and made a repair so the noise stopped. When we tried to use the hose to wash our vehicles, the water would run for a few minutes then would almost stop completely. Greg had told me when he came out that he would be on vacation for sometime so if I had any problems, he would not be available until his return.
