I have lived with BPM for 3 years and I am so grateful for the staff and maintenance. Both are very attentive to any questions or maintenance that needs done while also being very friendly and caring. Maintenance has helped my car get out of many snow storms as well just jumping in when help was needed. I could not suggest them more they’re just so great!
We rented from BPM last year and they were phenomenal! They made sure we were always cared for. They always answer requests and go above and beyond for their tenants. If I ever move back to Erie, they will be my go-to.

Working with BPM was an absolute pleasure. The guys came out on their day off to make sure I was all set to move in. Maintenance was well kept and communication was very easy any time I needed help with anything. Dale and Charles do a great job working with tenants to make sure needs are met and properties are suitable. Also the maintenance team worked like a machine to make sure the side walks and drive ways were accessible after a big snow storm. Would absolutely stay with BPM again!!
