I've been pleased with eac at Baty. I love that the teachers hold all children to high expectations yet are understanding that they are young and have long days at school. For myself, parent communication has also been much appreciated as has the level of professionalism and confidentiality involved. I can only compare to Baty's aftercare program last year (this year Baty really seems to have stepped up their game offering competition to eac) but I do like that eac staff have support systems and protocols in place for dealing w challenging behaviors and they are quick to look at the activities they are offering and collaborating w each other and Mr Mike to create new ways to engage children as well as using flexible grouping strategies. Well worth the money and so grateful its affordable. I am completely reliant upon afterschool care and I, being an educator myself, am happy with the quality of care we are receiving from Ms Lucia and Ms Kelsi through the eac program.
