As much as I love my new apartment here. I found this in my dishwasher today when I cleaned it. I’ve only been here 3 weeks so how did my dishwasher look like this?? It tells me they didn’t inspect it when the rented it me. This can get people very very very sick. I cried when I saw all this

I love living at Battlefield Park! The management staff is great, but especially Ali! She has always gone above and beyond for me and my other roommates, making sure we are taken care of. We had to move to a bigger unit unexpectedly and she made what we thought would a difficult process extremely painless and enjoyable!
bad experience with TLC and management
I had no issues moving out but the walls and floors are very thin and apparently talking can get you a noise complaint!!! Maintenance does a great job btw!
Although nice, moving out is costing more than my monthly rent. They charge "fees" not "deposits" meaning you get no money back and essentially have to pay to repair normal wear and tear. The extra charges after move out are ridiculous.
this place is garbage we have been here for 4 years and it was great when we first moved here it was awesome but the new property manager is very cold and unfriendly
I don’t normally write reviews, but had a terrible experience moving out of this apartment complex. It was the most frustrating move out process I’ve ever experienced. Would not recommend.
