Staff is always friendly and they have a nice selection of motor clothes.
This place has become a joke due to the general manager. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself and he uses Todd the service manager as his puppet!! The general manager treats his employees like they don’t matter that’s the reason for such a turnover in staff!! I’m just hoping ownership sees he’s running the business to the ground before it’s too late

Having been a HOG Member for 15 years. I have never had any service dept at a HD shop refuse to look at your bike when you are on a trip out of state. Piss poor service department. Not to mention it is a break light issue so break light on for a 1000 miles trip back home no breaking light.
super friendly staff, quick and quality service
We were traveling through Gettysburg on Friday in the rain. Stopped by and staff was very nice. Had towels by the door to dry off. My buddies made a few purchases while there. All the staff was very helpful.
