Recommendeda human being with a friendly attitude answered the phone. when I askes for parts she delightfully transferred me to another human being who also answered the phone. this friendly chap helped me and had my parts waiting at the counter. when I arrived, I was greeted by many of the employees whom all had a nice greeting for me or had a good conversation with me. after a tour and some shopping, I would say it was a great experience. much better than some other dealers ive been too. way to go battlefield HD I would rate them 6 o... read more

RecommendedI took the Total Control Beginner Riders Clinic at Battlefield Harley and I just cannot recommend it enough. Brian is a national treasure. I'd done some parking lot practice and a few very limited loops on quiet roads before I attended the course, and I'd say I was still pretty anxious about riding. But NOW? Now I can't WAIT to get out there and keep practicing. Brian's love for motorcycling is infectious, and his coaching is so thorough.
