It's a great place to go for everything.. I bought my first Harley. Had a great salesman.. Jeff was great walked through everything not pushy.. at time of purchase they took me around to apparel dept. Parts and service dept. Everyone there was just great.. awesome place to go for all your motorcycle needs...

Horrible customer service. If you want merchandise , go elsewhere. We have spent thousands of dollars here and waited months for a sticker to be told we can't receive a refund over a $20 sticker we waited 3 months for. Basically got called liars bc they changed the story around and were completely rude about the entire problem. We will not be giving them anymore of our money and will be sure to tell our friends about it as well. They're are many other Harley's who have OUTSTANDING customer service. I had a better then good experience with the gal walking the floor waiting on customers she was very pleasant....BUT the younger girls working the registers and a customer's final experience with the store was less than stellar! They weren't very nice and even bordered on extremely anti social!! If a customer based there experience on them then they'd go bankrupt for certain! Harleys are more expensive here than any other Harley store that I've ever been at.

Was never greeted or asked if i needed help. Walked around for 10 mins and left with nothing. Only the second Harley store I've visited where it was like i wasnt even there. Too bad, you lost my purchase today.
