I always love going to Battlefield Harley Davidson! The staff are always really nice & helpful. We were there yesterday for a Special Olympics event with Dream Riders. They were great! Had a blast (as ALWAYS)!! Thank you, Battlefield Harley Davidson, for allowing us to have our event there. :) You guys Rock!
Alex in the Parts Department is THE BEST! The dealership had all the items in stock I've been looking for at others.
My bike has been here since February having custom work done, and it's now August, but the work was held up by no fault of their own. This bike is very important to me, as it's dedicated to, and for the benefit of a charity for veterans, a organization that was key in providing a dog for service animal training for me myself as a 11B3X infantry veteran. I shopped and had great treatment inside yesterday, but today went back just to get the tire pressure checked on my bike and the service manager acted as though it was an inconvenience to him and his staff... my bike is a Harley and yes I'm from out of town and I'm a long way from home.. a little courtesy would be appreciated but no it was inconvenience. The customer and their safety should always be number one in their minds!!
Always are holding great events. Great outgoing staff... Beautiful little town... Can't wait to see what they do next summer.
