RecommendedI do a lot of boondock camping so I just converted my travel trailer from Lead Acid to Lithium Ion. It has been a great experience with Battle Born. Their customer service team is all over it from recommending the right converter to charger to battery monitoring system, the BB batteries work great! The product is good but I was charged $2,053.83USD in freight alone.... This was not the original charge or agreed on price. Items were supposed to be delivered to my door but once payment was made I had little to no response from Battle Born.. The parcel was actually organised for airport to airport delivery with no fee's covering the cost of release. Ended up costing an extra $803.83USD to get released!!!! Super fast response. They called me immediately to discuss my rv power needs. Simplified the process. There is a lot of misinformation online about power needs, even by popular sources. Always ask the experts before some misleading blog talks you out of going solar.

I've been really impressed working with this company.They are incredibly down to earth with the products they sale.Excellent customer service. And a battery you can't beat for its design The up front cost makes you want to wiggle, but it will last for twenty years,based on my calculation.
Just wanted to send a Shout out to the Support guys at Battle Born. Called and got Jessie today, I thought they would be closed and I'd have to leave a message, but no I got a person! He took some time to explain some stuff along with assisting me to configure my Victron battery Monitor and also gave me some extra pointers that he had found that other people miss when hooking up their systems. That was totally AWESOME! Love these guys and love the batteries! I'm SO glad I went with Battle Born!!!
This company is outstanding. Very friendly and professional customer service. Before purchasing anything, I emailed a few questions about the LiFePo4 100ah battery to them and got fast, informative, and courteous responses.
