A staple of Las Vegas Italian restaurants for more than 20 years, this cozy eatery has served the famous - Sinatra himself dined here while in Las Vegas - and the not-so-famous. All entrees include unlimited free red or white house wine, garlic bread, and a soup or salad, which makes this fun restaurant a great deal. As a bonus, dinner is almost always accompanied by live accordion music and singing. The restaurant is decorated with strange and wonderful memorabilia, including one of the largest collections of tiny liquor bo... read more

The worst restaurant I ever tried – Everything from the horrendous decor to the menu on the wall to the rushed feeling to the annoying accordian player made this an unbelievable experience and NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!!!!!!! All this was only made worse when the absolutely non-edible food was served. The "free" wine was straight from a box and the white served warm. The garlic bread smelled like someone's armpit and the spinach make me gag. The veal and chicken were as edible as cardboard and all of this took place at a business d... read more
This East Coaster Recommends It! – We are off to Vegas in 2 weeks and couldn't remember the name of this restaurant we had the fortune of eating at 2 years ago. After some quick research, I found it was Batista's. It's a nice, casual restaurant with the feel of going back in time. As I remember, it was more your red sauce Italian, not the Northern Italian many are now used to. To get a complete meal (from soup to spumoni) at this price is amazing! Enough variety for all. If you want a fancy, smancy restaurant, then this is n... read more
AAH-BOON-DANZA – We ate here on March 28th, 2006, Wednesday night, i made resrvations for 7PM, not thinkin we need'em. It was quiet when we entered, we sat quickly, had the complimentary garlic bread, salad, wine and of course for the entree, we had the spaghetti and meatballs followed by a very tasty cappucino, it taste like hot cocoa. As we dined we enjoyed the old gentleman playing the accordion, make sure you have a few bucks to give him. As we are from NYC, he played NYNY for us, nice touch. The service was very attenti... read more
stay away – Battista's was terrible! It was overpriced and the food was awful tasting for me and my party of 8 who are mostly Italians from NYC. Maybe if you're from the mid-west it's OK. I'm saying this since those are the folks who's recommedations we got on this place.
Great Place! – Battista's Hole in the Wall is a restaurant that I visit every time I'm in Vegas! The food is wonderful, the portions large and each dinner is served with a fresh salad, fantastic garlic bread , all the wine you can drink (red or white), and cappucinno. The wine is their house, served in large carafes and is very good. The atmosphere is dark and comfortable with the menu printed on the walls. The pasta, steaks and chicken are all good! Try your luck on the slot machines while waiting for a table in the bar. I'... read more
I Love Battistas! – I consider Battistas my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and was appalled by some of the less than complimentary remarks. First of all the service is out of this world! The friendly staff is always close at hand to make sure your every need is met during your dining experience. The food is excellent. As a world traveler I have eaten at Italian restaurants across the globe and I have never found its equal. The Chicken Rio is excellent. I have never in all my years as a patronage of this restaurant ever bee... read more
Family Tradition – Batista's has been a family tradition for over 20 years for us. It has always had a great ambience and I look forward to returning to Vegas just to go to Batista's and having a little vino with my friends and family. Whenever you ask anyone in Texas where to go for a good meal while visiting Vegas, Batista's is always on the top of the list. I must experience. If you consider the cost of a buffet in Vegas, Batista's is a good bargain!!!
Awful – Food is overpriced and mediocre, service is poor. You are charged for sitting at the table even if you don't order anything. Went there with out-of-town visitors, will never go back. If black-and-white photos of celebrities who ate there 30 years ago is your idea of atmosphere, you will like Battista's. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Whatever built their reputation is long gone. Few locals go there, which should tell you something.
Fantastic!! – Battista's is the one and only restaurant in town that has Great food, fun atmosphere, wonderful service, hard working employees & the history of being around for 34 years is extraordinary!! If you love great food, service, atmosphere....this is the place to come. Dont listen to those negative people, they have no idea what good food and a good time is about. They should be at home eating there TV dinners. Other than that this is a wonderful place and I highly recomend it!
