Very disappointed with their so-called "warranty." The battery I bought came with a 3-year warranty, and it's only been 2 years, but now they’re refusing to honour it unless I provide the original invoice. They can easily check everything using the Rego number, but they just make excuses and don’t stand by what they promised. The warranty is on the battery, not on the person who bought it—so there’s no reason they can’t verify it. Don’t trust their warranty—they’ll try to get out of it. I won’t be coming back.
