I've had nothing but great experiences here. They follow manufacturers recommendations, explain everything fully, have a comfortable waiting area, and very nice. They stand behind their service but I do wish they were just a tad cheaper on a traditional alignment. I do like that they have 3 and 5 year warranty alignments but I couldn't get that at this time.
Prompt, courteous and efficient. I picked up a screw in my tire yesterday evening, and this place was open! They were able to order a new tire (screw was in the sidewall), put on my spare to get me home, and then call me today to have the tire they ordered put on. Reasonable price, clean waiting area.
Terrible customer service. I will never be back. If you hate your job get a different one- jeeze.
Bought tires back in august..Already had to replace one on the back rear because it separated from the belts.Recently the left front has done the same which caused damage to my car..I go up there trying to get them to honor my warranty on the tires and they are trying to charge me for mounting and balance..are you serious!!
I am so disappointed with this business right now! My husband and I have spent probably around 4000 on tires here because this was the only place we would come. We were faithful customers here. My husband was in there today getting work done and I checked the mail while he was there and we had received a NTB coupon that he could use. I sent him a picture of it so he could show them.
