Awesome customer service especially in time of need
Do not buy tires or any other thing from these crooks! Bought 2 new sets of tires from them. One for my wife’s car and a set for my sons car the same day! Got the road hazard on both sets. My wife got a nail in her tire so she went and had it repaired and also a rotation. Next day she she got a nail in the same exact spot where they supposedly repaired it! They never fixed it! But her road hazard apparently was out of warranty by 200 miles so we had to pay for a new tire. They are a bunch of crooks! Never will I step foot in... read more

Made an appointment and was immediately waited on. Service and charges were explained and my car was ready within an appropriate time for the services I needed. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
They are always so helpful and do not push you to get work done, only give you recommendations. I have been coming here for 5+ years.
I decided to take a trip with my pup to Monte Sano and blew out my tire completely. So I had to change my tire in front of another tire service shop (and no they didn’t offer to help, hahahah) and as they watched me, they didn’t bother to tell me that the spare wasn’t aired enough. Thankfully Zach at NTB went out of his way to let me know and mentioned that they do price matching. Came here to replace my wife's back left tire...they didn't have the tire we wanted at the time, and I wasn't prepared to buy a set of 4...they worked with me to find a solution and were giving honest advice for our best interest, even teaching me some stuff along the way. Great people, repaired my tire and I will be back when I'm ready for a new set. �
