Had to jump-start my truck to get to the shop. Was told they no longer install batteries. While I was in paying for the battery, it was installed for me. Was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service and price
04/14/2025 went today with a dead battery in my car. Was informed they no longer replace the battery but I could take one with me in my car that I had to jump start to get there. Was offered a jump to restart my car. Their whole business model is taking out your old battery, charging a core fee and selling you a new one, after which your old battery goes to be recycled instead of being thrown out by your shed in the back yard.
